  • 8 x 5 Monitoring and 48-hour response time
  • Remote incident resolution by expert support personnel
  • If remote resolution is unsuccessful, a technician will be on-site within two business days of the remote resolution effort

  • Meaningful reporting on a regular basis
  • Remote helpdesk with phone support
  • System installation, tune-up, and hosting/maintenance

IS THE SYSTEM SECURE ON OUR NETWORK?
Yes, we leverage industry standard protocols such as WMI, SNMP, ODBC, and others. Our Device sits behind your firewall or on a private IP that you create. For full networking protocols, we can provide the technical specification’s guide.
WILL THIS IMPROVE UPTIME OF MY ROOMS?
Yes, our Network Operations Center team is monitoring your rooms 8 x 5 to watch for yellow or red warnings in your system. We proactively look for issues and when a yellow or red light comes up, we remote in to remedy the issue, many times before one of your end users knows there is an issue.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN WE CAN'T FIX IT REMOTELY?
We can remotely remediate 30-50% of all room related issues, but if we cannot fix it remotely, we dispatch one of our onsite technicians to resolve the issue within 2 business days.
HOW WILL I KNOW WHAT SERVICE TICKETS HAVE BEEN COMPLETED OR GET UPDATES ON TICKETS?
We notify you of any issue that has surfaced via email or if not resolved, a service call is set up.
WE DON’T HAVE THE BUDGET FOR A SOLUTION LIKE THIS, HOW WILL I PAY FOR IT?
When comparing the costs structures, we generally see a 15-20% reduction in cost over the life of the system when utilizing our program. Generally, organizations have a budget for “service calls” and these solutions can fall into that category. We can also offer AVaaS (Audio Video as a Service) which will make your investment in Audio Video an operating expense versus a capital expenditure.
