PCD’s in-house engineering staff works with the latest design/build applications. Our engineers also work with the best award-winning consultants in the Bay Area, such as The Shalleck Collaborative, Salter, and Auerbach Pollock Friedlander, taking their initial design to a working set of plans.

These projects result in outstanding venues such as the Presidio Theater Rehabilitation, Geneva Car Barn & Powerhouse, the Burbank Auditorium at Santa Rosa Junior College, the Green Music Center/Schroeder Hall at Sonoma State University, and more. Our team will fine-tune your project long before the first piece of equipment is installed. PCD employees have a long-term commitment to the company which leads to positive interaction between departments and a high degree of efficiency through the life cycle of our projects.

Build

PCD's certified technicians will guarantee that your audio, video, and communications systems will be installed properly and on time. By leveraging our knowledge base, we streamline processes and pool resources to take a hands-on approach to ensure consistent quality to each job’s unique needs. Our Techs are committed to ongoing training in the latest audio video innovations and with vendor specific equipment. The installation team focuses on providing quality installations ensuring that all safety protocols are followed.  And when everything is read, we train the end user on the system providing them with an easy to read narrative of how to use the system properly.

Support

We will provide the training and support needed to assure successful operations of your AV system. We put customers first and we strive to be responsive to all clients’ needs, big or small. PCD is responsive not only during the construction and installation process, but also for service after delivery. We also offer Maintenance Agreements and Audio-Visual-as-a-Service (AVaaS) options, ensuring that your system is performing optimally.
